Employees transport and logistics/dispatcher (m/f/d)
Tasks:
- Registration and coordination of transports to the logistics service providers
- Consolation statements, partial and full loads in the country freight, sea freight, air freight
- Implementation of Spot Price requests
- Coordination with the internal departments warehouse/goods receipt and picking at the locations WhiteWater and Poland
- Coordination of transports in internal traffic
- Training of the programs and information transfer to logistics service providers as well as the internal departments, in particular customs and sales
- Key user of the system (elogate)
- Maintenance of the master data and new system of service providers
- Checking invoices and monitoring automated creation
- Continuous improvements in processes and active introduction in process optimization in the entire area of logistics
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training in the area of forwarding, warehouse management, logistics or trade
- Relevant experiences in disposition, very good PC knowledge
- Organizational skills and high motivation
- Team and communication skills
