• Within Germany with DHL:
  The delivery time is usually 1–3 working days (Mon - Sa).
• Worldwide: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method (standard or express). You will receive all relevant information by email once your package has left our warehouse.
• Orders placed by Friday at 1:00 PM will be shipped on the same day, provided that all items are in stock.

Yes - all of Stölzle Lausitz Modeled glasses are made of lead -free crystal glass and contain no mercury, cadmium or chrome.

Our state -of -the -art machines manufacture each product individually and give each piece an unmistakable character. Due to the automated manufacturing process, low differences in size, weight, small blisters, minimal imperfections or light surface variations can occur - features that make every product unique.

Requests for glasses with calibration marks are available to business customers starting from a minimum order quantity of 30 units.

Yes, in our Factory Outlet Glasses are sold individually. You can also have boxes with different glasses put together according to your wishes.
