Whitewater. Johann Nagl joined June 30, 2021 as managing director of Stölzle Lausitz GmbH retirement. In his over 15-year management position at the glass manufacturer from Lausitz, he has largely to transform the company from the industrial glass manufacturer and brand supplier to an independent brand manufacturer for Drinking Glasses, Carafes, Decanter And jugs contributed and thus set important course for the future.
“Johann Nagl has made the important years of Stölzle Lausitz decisively shaped. Through it, the company has become a brand that has a name worldwide and stands for premium quality, ”thanks Dr. Cornelius Grupp, owner of CAG Holding, the parent company of the Stölzle Lausitz GmbH.
“The transformation of the brand was as exciting as it was challenging and I am pleased that we implemented this together with the entire team. For me, the focus was always on the people with whom I worked, regardless of whether they were employees, customers or service providers, ”said Johann Nagl.
Stölzle Lausitz is one of the international leading specialists for high quality Drinking Glasses. In recent years the work has been in WhiteWater significantly expanded. A new logistics is under construction to support the growth of the brand in the B2C area and e-commerce. Due to the increased cooperation with sommeliers and designers, the range was expanded and new glasses such as STARlight launched. This goblet is blown so noble and fine that it can hardly be distinguished from oral glasses.
The team around managing director Ronald Brieger will continue the successful growth course. As early as May 2020, Ronald Brieger was included in the management after led the production work for a long time.
