Declared - The New 1/8 Glass

In the Vienna Galerie Raum content, the 1/8 glass, who is popular in Austria, was reinterpreted as "The New 1/8 Glass" to the public yesterday. The iconic House Wine Glass, Developed by designer Peter Nover and architect Andrea Lenardin from Los Angeles, was under declared_ Glass presented.
 
declared_ The aim is to examine selected industrial products from everyday culture and to use their extraordinary qualities as a starting point for a new contemporary design. It is also about the topic of the thought that our memories remain alive and that future memories are made possible.

In this sense, it is not a conventional exhibition, but rather an interactive process with the intention to ask and invite the designer, to take up this thought and to continue in the form of specific projects. This project is accompanied by the request not to deny locally grown peculiarities, rather to confront them with global phenomena and to create a new dimension from it. Design as an interface between cultural diversity and a global challenge in a time of dramatic political exclusion.

In the gallery space content, Vienna is given the new interpretation of the traditional 1/8 glass. The iconic House Wine Glass, It has now been redefined that it has been replaced in the past few decades itself and is now produced as "The New 1/8 Glass" in two sizes that can be stackable. This glass by Peter Noever and Andrea Lenardin is from Stölzle Lausitz Produced, is related to the iconic appearance of the model, but gives its content more space to develop.

The current trend in table culture and the return to regional cuisine leads to a new naturalness at the set table. The new 1/8 glass, including a haptic enjoyment, stands for the revival of the table wine.
