Apprentice Nico Lippert talks about his training at Stölzle Lausitz as an industrial clerk:
"I like my apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at Stölzle Lausitz GmbH very much so far.I was directly involved and trained in all important basic business processes in the first year of my apprenticeship. This allowed me to quickly become a part of the team and to get to know and also work on the most diverse tasks in an industrial company in every department in which I was assigned.
After 1 ½ years of my apprenticeship, I was given the opportunity (by Stölzle) to work on one area of responsibility completely independently; the distribution of our products in Switzerland and South America. This includes contact with customers, the preparation of offers and the entry and processing of orders.
My personal highlight is participating in various trade fairs at home, and abroad."
