Order
You can easily order as a guest, i.e. without a user account, in our online shop. As a registered user, however, you have the advantage that you can be guided more quickly by the ordering process, save several shipping addresses and create a wish list.

Later changes can only be made for orders with the payment method in advance, provided that no receipt of payment has been recorded. As soon as your order has been handed over to our warehouse for processing, changes are unfortunately no longer possible.
The delivery time is 1-3 working days (Mon-Sa) within Germany, and the delivery time may differ in other shipping countries. At an order input until 2 p.m., we will send the same day. If a product is not available at short notice, this is noted in the product description and your order confirmation. Please note that orders with the payment method in advance, only be processed after receipt of payment. Shipping is therefore delayed by a few days. Please take into account the usual banking times. You will be informed by email as soon as the delivery leaves our warehouse. You will also receive a tracking number with which you can deliver the delivery via the DHL portal can follow.
Delivery
From € 59, delivery within Germany is free of shipping. For deliveries in Deutschand below this shopping cart limit, shipping costs are € 4, 90 €. The shipping costs for the other shipping countries as well as further information on the delivery can be found here: Shipment
Unfortunately, we are currently not delivering directly to Switzerland. However, you can use the service from MeinEinkauf.ch. This will pay for you (via a service fee from CHF 17.90) for you, so that your goods can be delivered to your desired address in Switzerland. You can find more information here: Meinschauf.ch

As a private person the VAT. Certain conditions must be fulfilled:
1) The goods must be carried in personal luggage when crossing the border (not by a freight forwarder).
2) Your place of residence must be in a third country (state outside the EU).
3) The goods must be transferred within 3 months of purchase.
4) You must submit the "Export and customer certificate for VAT purposes for exports in non -commercial travel" to us - only with an original form.
You will receive the form on request from customs and must be filled out, stamped and signed directly when crossing the border from the customs authority. Please note that we can only process applications with the specified, fully completed forms.

With us you have a 30-day right of return. The legal right of withdrawal and warranty rights remain unaffected by our voluntary return law and continue to apply without restrictions.

Products
All glasses of Stölzle Lausitz are certified based on DIN EN12875-1 and remain at least 1000 sinks without impairment. We regularly carry out tests and have a current test certificate for this.
All glasses from Stölzle Lausitz are made of lead -free crystal glass and do not contain mercury, cadmium or chrome.
