To strengthen our Human Resources team at the Weißwasser location, we are looking for one:
HR controller and process optimizer (m/f/d)
Tasks:
- Further development of the HR department in all HR-relevant matters
- Construction and further development of personnel controlling in cooperation with the personnel management
- Optimize the existing personnel processes
- Creation of statistics and evaluations as well as their reporting to the business and personnel management
- Support in the development and further development of the personnel approach
- Accompanying and support in the creation of audit -relevant documents (ISO 9001), audits and the processing of the successor processes
- Accompanying wage tax extermations and social security examinations
- Support in the introduction and further development of the HR relevant software as well as personnel operations planning
- Supervision of projects, corresponding evaluations
- Support in the timely preparation of the month and annual financial statements
- Monitor the KPI's
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), focus on personnel and/or payroll accounting, at least commercial training with further training as a personnel officer (m/f/d)
- Several years of experience in labor law, personnel planning and development, personnel wages and controlling
- Irrite: Experience with the design of personnel supporting software solutions
- Enthusiasm for the optimization and further development of the HR department
- Excellent team and communication skills
- Enthusiasm for evaluations and numbers
- Joy in working with people
