How Can I Make a Return?
GERMANY
Please register your return within a period of 14 days via our (returns portal). You will then receive all further information regarding the return process.
Refund
The refund will be issued using the same method of payment that you used for your order.
International (all countries except Germany)

On the portal, enter your order number (for example: GE0000000000AT) and the email address used to place your order (please note: without spaces). Click “Continue”.

For each product, select the quantity of items you wish to return and the reason for the return.

Select the shipping method for the package and click “Continue”.

Create your return label.

You will receive a return label to attach to the package; return shipping costs are at your expense.

Contact the selected carrier to return the package.

Germany
Returns within Germany made using DHL are free of charge. If the return is not shipped using the label provided by us via the returns portal, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
