Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

General information about the right of withdrawalBelow you will find information on the requirements and legal consequences of the statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB) for mail order purchases. No additional contractual rights are granted beyond those provided by law. In particular, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to commercial resellers.


Information on the Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item. Gift vouchers are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Stölzle Lausitz GmbH, Berliner Str. 22–32, D-02943 Weißwasser/O.L., Germany) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email to support@stoelzle-lausitz.com). You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory. We will promptly confirm receipt of your withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.


Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal, to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Special Instructions for the Return of Glass Items

Our products are made of glass and are therefore fragile. Please pack the goods carefully before returning them, ideally in the original box with all accessories and packaging materials. If necessary, use additional protective outer packaging.

Impact on Order Discounts and Vouchers

If you received discounts or price reductions (for example, order value discounts or reductions through vouchers) and, as a result of a full or partial withdrawal, the required minimum order value is no longer met, the difference will be recalculated and charged accordingly.

Failure to comply with these instructions does not affect the valid exercise of your right of withdrawal.

How Can I Make a Return?

GERMANY

Please register your return within a period of 14 days via our (returns portal). You will then receive all further information regarding the return process.

Refund
The refund will be issued using the same method of payment that you used for your order.

International (all countries except Germany)

2. On the portal, enter your order number (for example: GE0000000000AT) and the email address used to place your order (please note: without spaces). Click “Continue”.

3. For each product, select the quantity of items you wish to return and the reason for the return.

4. Select the shipping method for the package and click “Continue”.

5. Create your return label.

6. You will receive a return label to attach to the package; return shipping costs are at your expense.

7. Contact the selected carrier to return the package.

Return Shipping Costs

Germany

Returns within Germany made using DHL are free of charge. If the return is not shipped using the label provided by us via the returns portal, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
