For our location in Vienna we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) in the area of sales/internal service

Your main tasks will include:

• Consulting and support of international customers
• Development of solutions for individual customer requirements
• Processing of customer inquiries and orders
• Cooperation with the field service
• Preparation of offers and calculations
• Order processing, documentation and data maintenance
• Processing of customer complaints and reminders

Requirements are:

• Completed commercial training (apprenticeship, HAK, HLW, FH or university) and/or professional experience in internal sales or export.
• Excellent German and very good foreign language skills in English. Second foreign language an advantage
• Strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team
• Committed and independent way of working
• High willingness to learn and interest in ongoing further training
