Head of Formenwerkstatt (m/f/d)

Tasks:

• Ensure the preparation and availability of the forms for crystal glass production
• Monitoring and continuous control of all relevant technical processes
• Analysis of the technical processes and development of solutions to increase efficiency in the company
• (Total facility effectiveness - GAE)
• Evaluation of new technologies
• Quality control of results
• Demand planning
• Personnel deployment planning and leading the employees
• Creation of emergency plans in the technical area
• Performing technical projects and monitoring of those

• Development of technical feasibility

Your profile:

• Completed master or technicians training, at least completed training and many years of experience in industry or comparable
• Well -founded knowledge in the areas of metal processing and/or glass production
• Several years of experience in employee management
• High technical understanding
• Analytical and organizational skills
